EQT contracts Industrial Helicopters LLC for conducting aerial spraying to ease pipeline access for maintenance
May 13, 2013Pennsylvania-based EQT Corporation (EQT) will conduct extensive aerial spraying of herbicides in certain areas in Marion County, West Virginia, in order to ease pipeline access for maintenance purposes in places where there has been a dangerous outgrowth of trees and bushes.
Yokogawa to supply automation equipment to Sabine Pass LNG plant
March 29, 2013Japan-based Yokogawa Electric Corporation was selected by Texas-based Cheniere Energy Partners to supply the integrated automation and safety systems for the new liquefaction trains located at Sabine Pass, Louisiana, which are being developed by Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC (SPL), a subsidiary of Cheniere Energy Partners.

May 6, 2013Lithuania’s state-owned utility Klaipedos Nafta, which is developing the planned liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Lithuania, has signed an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract to build a LTL94.84 million gas pipeline for the Lithuanian LNG terminal with Germany’s pipeline construction firm PPS Pipeline Systems, after the Klaipeda Regional Court lifted a temporary ban on the contract.
